Snyder's Antique Auto Parts, Inc. uses our gas valve on 1928-early 1931 Model A Fords. Model A Fords have a gravity fuel system with the gas tank being in the cowl of the body, just in front of the windshield frame. Fuel would gravity feed out of the tank, through a sediment bowl on the firewall and down to an updraft carburetor. The fuel valve that Anderson Brass manufactures threads into the bottom of the fuel tank and shuts off the flow of fuel going down to the carburetor when the vehicle is shut off.
